Renowned perfumer Parfums de Marly has once again created a beautiful fragrance that pays tribute to the proud history of the majestic horse. The brand's latest offering, Byerley, is so named after one of the first of three stallions that founded modern thoroughbred horse racing. According to legend, the dark brown stallion was born during a thunderstorm; he was not afraid of the sounds of cannon or gunfire, making for a fearsome warhorse.

Developing a perfume that was memorable and had heart was no easy task, but there was no better inspiration than the distinctive character of the mighty Byerley horse, which played a remarkable role in the history of Europe.
Byerley features top notes of bergamot and cardamom and becomes more sensual with a combination of woody notes. All in all, the heavenly blend of notes brings out a rich, elegant and long-lasting signature.
